Kansas Monuments

Originally a single piece, the individual monuments chosen (Capitol Building, Monument Rocks) were taken and elevated to being two seperate pieces in a similar style representing the same location. The kind of style here is focused on the constrast between shadows and highlights to create a more graphical, pop art style.

One monument of nature, one of man, all broken down to their most striking elements from a blazing sky at sundown, to a clear blue day in the city. So tonally different, yet one in the same.
